I'm a Certified Professional Bookkeeper, a mom, and someone building a business I genuinely love — right here in Powell River, BC. My faith and my family are the foundation everything else is built on, and that's where the name Cornerstone comes from.
I understand the owners I work with because I see a lot of myself in them: hardworking, hands-on, and juggling more than any one person reasonably should. We work exclusively with trades and home improvement service providers — construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, renovation, landscaping, and interior design companies — because I understand their businesses inside and out. A lot of these owners started their companies the same way I started mine: by doing excellent work, earning trust, and figuring the rest out as they went. Bookkeeping is usually the part that gets figured out last.
When I'm not reconciling accounts, you'll find me out on the trails or down by the water with my family and our dog. That balance matters to me, and it's exactly what I want for my clients too — a business that supports your life, instead of consuming it.
