Each plan is a fixed monthly fee, so there are no surprise hourly invoices. The fee is a fully allowable business expense — subject to your tax rate, a portion of the cost is effectively offset at tax time.
Every package includes the same standard of compliance — accurate bookkeeping, payroll and remittances, GST/PST and WSBC filings, monthly statements, and your year-end package. What changes is the level of guidance on top of that. Foundation gives you answers whenever questions come up. Growth adds monthly management reports, quarterly reviews with key ratio analysis, annual goal setting, and authority for us to speak to the CRA on your behalf. Strategic adds monthly review meetings, cash flow forecasting, custom visual reporting, quarterly strategy sessions, and audit support.
Yes — every package includes payroll, including remittances. Higher-tier packages add extra support for larger or more complex payroll needs.

The Profit Clarity Call is the first of three steps. If we're a fit, the next step is a Diagnostic Review — we go into your actual books and assess transaction volume, payroll complexity, cleanup needs, risks, and opportunities. Then we sit down for a Solution Design Session, where we walk you through what we found, recommend the right package, and give you a firm quote. We don't quote before the Diagnostic Review, because an honest number depends on what's actually in the books.
